Steps to follow

Provisional booking

If you wish to book one or several periods, please check their availability.

Tick the appropriate box(es) and validate your choice (button on the bottom of page “rates and availability”).Then fill in the form. You will soon be contacted either by phone or snail mail.

You will be sent a contractby e-mail including the terms and conditions and a description of the property. You will have to sign it and return it together with a cheque for the deposit. The booking becomes effective as soon as the deposit is cashed. Then, a copy of the contract signed by the landlord will be sent to you.

Arrival

Upon arrival (at 3 pm), an inventory of fixtures is made in your presence and you will be notified the internal regulation.

You will be given the keys after payment of the balance and damage deposit (held for the period of your stay and returned on departure).

Departure

On departure day (1 pm at the latest), an inventory of fixtures is made and is compared to the one made on arrival. If both match, your damage deposit will be returned to you when you return the keys to the landlord. If any damage is noticed, you will be asked to take care of it. In case of refusal, the deposit is cashed and the balance returned to you.
